| We are honored to have signed a cooperation protocol for the "Digital Egypt Youth Initiative" with the National Telecommunications Institute, in the presence of Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
 
SEITech Solutions will collaborate with the National Telecommunications Institute in selecting trainees joining the initiative, designing the training content for various programs based on the company’s work requirements, and implementing practical training at the company’s headquarters for one month. Outstanding participants will be offered employment opportunities at the end of the designated training period.
 
 It is worth mentioning that the Digital Egypt Youth Initiative aims to train 2,000 students over three phases (each phase lasting four months over the course of a year). At the end of the training, participants will receive accredited completion certificates from the National Telecommunications Institute, participating companies, as well as certified job training certificates from the companies.
 
 This initiative aligns with the company's direction to develop the Egyptian job market and prepare young graduates specializing in telecommunications and information technology by enhancing their capabilities in areas demanded by the current and future job market, both locally and globally. It aims to create a pool of trained talent equipped with the skills, knowledge, and practical expertise necessary for success.
