Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with 10–15 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving the company’s financial health by managing budgeting processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial compliance and control.
Role Description:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
- Track and analyze actuals vs. budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and performance improvement.
- Partner with department heads to review financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Drive process improvements in planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Lead or support audits, internal controls, and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
- 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong focus on planning, budgeting, and business partnering.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting techniques.
- Proven experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
